1. 14-Day Fragrance Satisfaction Window

If you are unsatisfied with how the fragrance impression projects or matches your skin chemistry, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the delivery handoff.

2. Eligible Conditions for Return

To receive a successful full refund:

  • The item must be in its original premium box container with the protective nozzle cap.
  • No more than a minimal 2-3 sample sprays may be used from the flacon to evaluate the scent profile.
  • Bundles, complementary gifts, and promotional sets must be returned together with the main product in perfect condition.

3. How to Initiate your Return

The mechanism is simple:

  1. Send an email containing your order reference to help@xperfumes.me.
  2. Attach a photo demonstrating the current product level in the bottle.
  3. Our administrative customer success team will review the inquiry in 24 hours. Once authorized, our logistics coordinator will arrange a home pickup from your designated UAE address.

4. Refund Methods & Transfer Timelines

Once our quality assurance team receives the returned parcel and validates its eligibility:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card purchases: Direct reversals are issued back to the source bank account. This typically completes in 5 to 10 shipping days depending on processing banks.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: We transfer direct store points, credit codes, or execute secure local bank remittances to your designated IBAN.

5. Exclusions & Customized Orders

Any tailor-made blends or custom engraved items created via private consults represent one-of-a-kind premium items and are exempt from standard returns, except in verified cases of hardware sprayer malfunctions or shipping errors on our part.
